Torture Articles Used at UN

Dear Vadim, I just wanted to write and tell you how important your article on torture cases in Russia was during the recent review at the UN Committee Against Torture [Geneva, July 26, 2018]. All the CAT members saw it and I was asked to verify it and vouched for you, I know all the cases. I think the experts asked a lot of hard questions, but the official [Russian] delegation only denied and ducked the questions, it is an effort to help people.
